Shipping Within Japan

日本国内の送料は800円です。発送まで最大5日間かかる場合がございます。

The cost of shipping within Japan is 800 yen. Please allow up to five days for processing.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped Airmail via EMS Japan Post. We process orders quickly after receiving them, but due to the ongoing coronavirus, it may take longer than usual for your item to arrive.

The cost of shipping overseas from Japan is 3,000 yen.

Shipping costs include packing, handling, and shipping on our end. Any additional taxes, duties and fees associated with the shipment are to be borne by the customer.

商品が破損していた場合・Damaged Orders

輸送中に商品にダメージが起こらないように、商品の梱包には最善を尽くしておりますが、時にはダメージが起こることもあります。商品が破損していた場合は、破損した商品の写真を添付してshanejonesceramics@gmail.comまでご連絡下さい。

I do my best to package items carefully so no damage occurs in transit, but sometimes damage may occur. Please contact me immediately if you receive a damaged item and send a photo of the damaged item, and I will take care of it.

Damages – Please send a photo(s) to shanejonesceramics@gmail.com and after confirming, I will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) back to us.

返品・Returns

ご購入いただいた商品が期待したものと違っていた場合、商品到着後7日以内にshanejonesceramics@gmail.comまでメールにてご連絡ください。こちらで商品を受け取り次第、元の送料を差し引いた全額を返金いたします。返送料はお客様のご負担となります。

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If the item was not what you expected, please contact me by email within 7 days of receiving it. Returns are accepted and refunds will be granted in full (minus the original shipping cost) once I receive the item back in its original condition. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
